Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach

My mission is to educate, equip, and inspire people to pursue functional performance for a lifetime of wellness.

As an ISSA certified personal trainer, I am dedicated to providing quality fitness programs, mobility exercises, and exercise movements to help you move well.

My military service and immersive-style personal training education from the University of Health and Performance has positioned me to approach fitness from a realistic and sustainable standpoint.

I approach exercise programming with a multi-purpose intent that the movements have application to goals relevant to you both inside and outside of the gym.

With a background also as a private chef, I understand the deep connections we can create with food. If you desire, we are able to openly and honestly discuss attainable nutrition, food preparation, and mindfulness-related goals in a judgement-free way.

We know life gets busy, which is why we will soon offer both online and in-person personal training to fit your schedule and location. Whether you join us at the gym or train from home, our certified trainers will design a customized program to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Online training allows you to workout on your own time with video sessions led by your trainer. We will program exercises and help provide form feedback to motivate you to push harder each session.

In-person training at our partnership gyms in Clever, MO and Battlefield, MO gives you the benefits of one-on-one attention to ensure you're doing each move correctly.

Both options offer the guidance, encouragement and expertise you need to see real results. Clients can lose weight, increase strength and feel more energized thanks to the flexible training options.
